Germantown Cafe has always been a fav of mine. This was the first time we went for brunch. YUMMY! My husband and I split the biscuits and gravy and potatoes. Perfect amount for the two of us to share. Our friend had the fratatta which he said was wonderful. And surprisingly the coffee was great too. I’m a total coffee snob and it passed my discriminating taste. The service as as always great. There was a group of 34 celebrating a birthday so they kept running out of coffee. It was quite hilarious. My only wish is that they had the fried green tomato sandwich on both the brunch and dinner menu as it is my fav. Looking for a great place to go for brunch or lunch or happy hour or dinner - look no further than Germantown Cafe.
We had such a great time here. The host was so engaging, the bartender was attentive, and the food was delicious. We’ll definitely be coming back for their highly recommended brunches.

A great choice for a delicious, hearty meal with friends. Downtown feel without being right Downtown. Parking was easy, the bar had nice pours, and the food was just terrific. Add a hospitable atmosphere and top notch service and you've got a great pick for any occasion
Seated (with reservation) immediately, zero wait. Server knew menu and could make appropriate recommendations, perfect meal pacing, never ran out of water, cocktails replenished right when they were empty- truly the exact right amout of service. All food ordered was good, I enjoyed and finished 100% of everything. The french onion soup was as good as I had heard it was, definitely a highlight. First visit, will return.
Great food and excellent service by Joanna! Lauren was great as well. This is a great brunch spot but also recommend an elevated but approachable lunch option. Only a stones throw from downtown! Loved our Cesar salad with blackened shrimp, one of the best I’ve had.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was amazing and the cocktails were delicious. The chorizo stuffed dates are my new favorite! We are definitely coming back the next time we are in Nashville.
This is my new favorite restaurant, they have so many amazing options and you expect the prices to be high, but honestly, the prices are amazing and affordable for a high school student! They also had so many gluten free AND vegetarian options being so suitable for people like myself with dietary restrictions which made me so happy! I tried a non-alcoholic drink called the “sober curious” made with strawberry, lemon, cucumber, sugar, and soda and it is now my favorite drink ever. I also had a side chaser salad and it was amazing!!! The service was quick, so my party of 12 people by the way, didn’t have to wait more that what felt like 15 minutes. We all got our food, enjoyed it, the music was amazing, the mood was GREAT, and I will definitely be coming back and recommending to others ❤️
We had brunch here today. The food was fantastic and the service was good. There was indoor and outdoor seating. The neighborhood was very nice. There is a free parking lot designated for the restaurant.
